This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders. By placing an order through GulfScoot, you agree to the terms described below.
**1. Order Processing Time**
All orders are processed within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, or if we encounter any delays in fulfilling your order.
During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
**2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
We currently offer the following shipping options within the UAE:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors, but we will assist you in tracking your package should any issue arise.
**3. Order Tracking**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
**4. Shipping Destinations**
We primarily ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. We may also offer international shipping to select countries, which will be indicated at checkout. If your location is not available for shipping at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
**5. Shipment Address**
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to correct it.
**6. Damaged or Lost Packages**
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery. We will require clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery service first, then contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided.
**7. Returns and Refunds Related to Shipping**
If your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement. For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details on eligibility and time frames.
